This Castle in Cumbria is a premium event venue, primarily hosting Weddings. As they looked to expand into corporate events, I was briefed in to create their Corporate Event brochure.

Rose Castle is elegant, whimsical and old enough to feel like an organic part of the Dalston countryside. With this in mind, I decided to use "petal" elements made from a facet of their rose logo as frames for their imagery to flow across the pages of the booklet. From here, it was easy to arrange the text in sections according to the needs of each page, making space for larger shots and offering opportunities for multiple shots where necessary. I kept the document in their brand colours, spotted out relevant text to add interest, and added some linework "petals" for visual interest. The result: a refined, professional brochure with the whimsy deserved of a literal storybook Castle.
